Self Directed Support Assessment
by Rebecca - June 9, 2009 – 10:11 amWe recently asked for ideas about what to call the form that services users, along with a member of Nottinghamshire County Council staff, complete as part of getting a Personal Budget (see the post from April 24th, 2009).
The feedback we got gave us a clear winner, and the form will be called a “Self Directed Support Assessment”.
